At Circles of Support Plus, we provide Specialist Behaviour Support and Therapeutic Services for children, young people and adults across Australia.
While our office and on-site therapy room are based in Canberra, ACT, our services extend beyond our local area. We provide face-to-face appointments, home and community outreach across the ACT and surrounding NSW, alongside telehealth/online services for individuals, families and support teams Australia-wide.
Our approach is practical, evidence-informed, trauma-informed and person-centred. Whether we are working with you in person or remotely, we focus on understanding your individual needs, goals and circumstances, and developing strategies that can be applied across your everyday environments.

Telehealth/Online | Australia-Wide
We provide telehealth/online appointments for individuals, families, carers, schools, support providers and organisations throughout Australia.
Depending on the service required, telehealth may include

- Professional consultation and capacity-building

Our Practitioners can work directly with individuals and the people supporting them to develop practical strategies, review progress and provide ongoing guidance, regardless of geographical location.
How interstate support works
Experienced Practitioners, wherever you are
We understand that accessing experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners and therapeutic services can be challenging, particularly for people living in regional, rural and remote communities. Our Australia-wide telehealth model allows us to work with individuals and their support networks across states and territories.
Video & phone appointments
We use video consultations and phone appointments to meet with individuals, families, carers, support coordinators and care teams. These appointments allow us to discuss support needs, review existing information, provide guidance, develop strategies and plans, and collaborate with the people involved in everyday support. Where relevant, we can also work with local professionals and support teams to help ensure strategies are understood and implemented consistently.
Assessments & in-person observation
Some services, particularly Specialist Behaviour Support, may require direct observation or assessment within the person's everyday environment. If you are located outside Canberra, the ACT or surrounding NSW, we will discuss the assessment requirements with you and explore how these can be addressed in your location. This may involve working collaboratively with local support teams, arranging additional assessment activities or discussing whether an in-person visit is required and can be facilitated. We will explain the proposed approach, availability and any associated costs before you commit to services.
Ongoing support & collaboration
Where services are delivered remotely, we maintain regular communication with individuals, families, carers and support teams. This may include scheduled consultations, progress reviews, Behaviour Support Plan implementation guidance, training and ongoing collaboration with local providers. Our focus remains on delivering practical, coordinated and consistent support that reflects the person's needs and everyday environments.
